How it works

    If not eligible: we'll refer you to the appropriate official resources/passport acceptance options.
Important: Notaries do not issue passports. This service provides administrative intake, document readiness support, notarization (if applicable), and referral guidance only.

Fee limits (Florida)

Florida notary fee for a traditional notarial act is capped at $10 per notarial act (with limited exceptions).

Florida online notarial act fee cap is $25 per online notarial act, and fees for services other than the notarial act are not governed by that cap.

Florida Notary Fee Notice: Any notarial act is billed separately and will not exceed the maximum fee allowed by Florida law. Administrative intake, document readiness, travel timeline screening, referral support, and other non-notarial services are separate service fees.
